This bed has some pros and cons. Here we go.

Takes some time (like a few hours) to set up (probably as expected, but seemed like a lot of work) It was perfect!
A very nice sturdy bed for the money! Works very well for my 6 10 year olds. It would be nice if the labels on the pieces came off easier or were not quite as visible, especially the large warning on the headboard. Very cute.

little tricky to put together and the wood is softer then i expected. So far no real damage, but we have not used the ladder. It looks very nice when it is all put together. I did notice that the frame is about 2 inches wider then the actual full size mattress so there is quite a bit of room for the mattress to move, but the twin seems to fit very well. real issue that i have is that there is not much room from the top of the full mattress to the bottom of the upper frame. The picture makes it seem like there would be more room. We have only had this frame for about 2 months, i will try to post any updates. Better directions.
Very pretty. Had it almost a week now and still waiting for the smell to dissipate. Some kind of chemical off gassing. My son is so sensitive to it he cant stop coughing when he sleeps and had ended up in our bed instead. Other reviews mention this smell and some say a few days, some say a long time. Im hoping not too much longer. Not stained wood. Definitely laminate, had to be careful when removing the label stickers after assembly was done because the laminate was peeling off with it. Assembly was easy. Holes were all drilled properly. Planning on adding extra slats or a sheet of plywood for the mattress support but we had figured this from other reviews and its an easy fix.
For the price, its an aming deal, feels sturdy and my kids love it. If that smell will just clear out so we can actually sleep on it we will love it. Very nice.
This bed has exceeded our expectations. It wasnt too hard to put together, with my father we managed to do it in a couple of hours. Our biggest complaint about the bed is that the slats are spaced too far apart, and my wife can feel them when she sleeps there with our daughter. We bought a couple sheets of plywood and its fine. It is solidly built and the color is great. There is a bit of offgassing of something, a smell that we had to open the window for a few days to clear out. Would definitely buy again.
This is a sturdy fairly easy to assemble set. Not all of the supposed to be pre drilled holes were actually there, which isnt a big deal but a little annoying. Make sure you have a decent driver drill and hex head set before you attempt to put this together. Buy it again.

They do smell bad for a long time other wise they are pretty good and easy to set up Easy to assemble. Very sturdy.
