The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! It was easy to put together by myself. Its sturdy. The lights are not to bright but you can not use them as reading lights. Isnt cheap quality.
For the price, its great This is very nice when fully assembled but not as easy to assemble as some others. Also was missing a couple of bolts that we had to make a trip to the hardware store to pick up. All in all, very happy with purchase.
Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble. It takes longer than 30 minutes even with a handy person. However the money and effort are certainly worth it. I gave 3 stars sturdiness because even after assembly it squeaked a little and my 13 year old son hasnt even been on it. However again, I only expect it to last 1.5-2 years until I pay more for a bed for a 15 year old. Overall I say 3.5 and worth it. If you have a child under 13 this is perfect. Age 8-15.

It looks great in the room, love the color! The led light/phone plug is super helpful for guests! The only downfall is, its not as sturdy as we would like.. we had to extra supports under to help keep it from being wobbly! The headboard is fine, its the footboard that is the problem! Wasnt hard to assemble, can be done with one person if you had too! The valve was great until we had to pay to provide extra support for the footboard!

Cute bed with night light
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! The bed is nice and has very convenient night light

Missing hole and screw
Simple, unique and elegant The bed is a good value for the money however it came missing a hole and screw to piece together the lower frame.
Remember to put the single central stand in the middle.
