Been using this bed about a year now. Works great and is comfortable to sleep on. The desk beneath is incredibly nice to utilize with plenty of space for my 2 monitors and also a small TV to play console games!
ONLY complaint is that the screws for the sides to hold up the bed portion were impossible to put in... I had to purchase different screws and also use zip ties on the sides for peace of mind. (I am an adult, so putting more weight on the bed)
Other than that, its been a real asset to me since my room doesnt have much space and this saved my ability to have all the things I need.
This is the best bed we have had! Very strong and sturdy, and the workspace center works fantastic. I highly recommend this bed to anyone. It has solved our small bedroom needs!

The shelf goes across the entire desk and is not high enough for most monitors. I ended up going to Home Depot and having them cut it in half.
Consider something to make it easier on feet to climb up (pad that wont spin).
BTW, it took 3 of us to get the assembly started (1 to bolt, 2 to hold ends). After that, 2 people were fine.
Would I buy it again? Definitely yes. I knew the few minor shortcomings from previous reviews. It is a good product.
We recently move to our newly built home from a rental home. My teenagers are adjusting from a large bedroom to a slightly smaller bedrooms, I had to figure out how they can have more space. I was extremely happy that I found this loft bed with a desk on . I bought two, one for my daughter and the other for my son. Because of the loft bed their bedrooms looks and feels like they are a larger bedroom then it actually is. This was wise, practical and a feeling of being secure that it will not break or fall apart as they are sleeping and going up and down because it is made with sturdy steel. The only negative thing (which is not really that bad) I can say about this loft bed are the ladder at both ends. It is made with flat step, rather than having the step rounded which would hurt less when climbing up and down. There is a solution to prevent you from hurting your feet. Go and buy the noodle foam that you would us for swimming, cut it down to the length of each steps and tie it down with a zip tie or something softer but equivalent a zip tie. Yes, they help alleviate the soreness of your feet. I highly recommend you buy this if you are looking for a loft bed with a desk. You will not regret purchasing this like I did for my teenagers and the cherry on top is the fact that they both love their full size loft bed.
All set up and 10-yr-old loves it! Directions are not super straightforward and inconsistent languages, but can go intuitively with some photos. Took one afternoon to assemble. Sturdy, not squeaky. Purchased the Furniture of America side stairs to go with and works great! Had concerns about guardrail height, but with the Cr 6 inch non toxic memory foam mattress, there is adequate safety and fantastic comfort. Happy with purchase - happy kid.
My husband and 14 year old son assembled the bed in 2 hours. They opted to leave the smaller top bookshelf off the desk to make more room for monitors. Construction is VERY sturdy. I ordered an 8-inch memory foam mattress for it, but I now see there would be room for a 10-inch mattress.
