Really loose in middle without glue. Glued dowels make it very sturdy and solid. However, no good if your wife gets home and doesnt like the large visible holes drilled throughout to screw it together!
Know that it needs glue to be sturdier and more solid.
I got the wood and its a beautiful color. Putting it together was ok, definitely need help from somebody else. The middle of the bed where it connects is loose on both sides. It doesnt tighten all the way. I dont know if anyone else experienced that but Im afraid it will break one day. Other than that its a pretty nice bed for my baby. My younger sisters even lay on it and its held up. Seems durable, despite the middle part. My son loves it!
I got used like new! The parts were just thrown in the box hardware not secured there was cracks on different parts of the bed and it was missing one of the bonding plates I still managed to put it together but plan on contacting the company to send me metal bonding plate. Three Stars.
Super cute transition from crib to toddler bed. Fits a normal crib mattress perfectly and fairly easy to assemble. Took me about an hour from start to finish. My 2 year old took to it right away and loves the bed! Perfect.
Okay so I read a review where a woman said it took her a half hour to put together Im prettt handy. I thought it would take me about the same, no. An hour and a half later it was done. Its durable, extactly like the picture just give yourself plenty of time. Easy set up.
Great bed. Really nice and sturdy. Would be a five star but its super small (crib mattress shouldve been our first clue) and wasnt actually what we wanted. It is very low to the ground which is great for transitioning out of a crib, however the rail only went from the head of the bed to my daughters shoulder, so Im not sure it would prevent her falling out of bed! Cute.
Product arrived as scheduled and in nice box. Assembly was rather easy. Contacted manufacturer to request one replacement piece for headboard (Part A) since one of two pre/drilled holes was not lined up properly. Called, completed form, and then received disappointing message to return product since the one part could not be provided. Wow. Let down. Might scream while assembling.
Love this bed for my son. It was kind of hard to put together and one screw didnt fit with the whole that it was supposed to be put it. But all in all, my son fits good in it and is worth the price I paid for He loves it.

Bed has a manufacturing error
Bed has missing holes to screw in the side railings to the bottom part of the bed.

This was a easy assembly and decent material to work with. Good Product.
