I really liked this when we first got it. Pretty sturdy but not really a solid sleep. I tried moving it by the headboard to vacuum and I stripped a screw so now the headboard wiggles. Not that big of a deal because its up against a wall but Im disappointed it happened. Good bed for a guest room but maybe not a master. Needs improvement in quality.
I have ordered 3 beds from this company in the past 3 years. I was very pleased with the first one so when I was looking for another bed, I looked here first. There was a good boxing day sale on for approximately 230. The problem was the bed never arrived and I needed to go through the hassle of waiting for to investigate while I had already paid for the bed. Finally got the bed weeks late. The bed was nice so I was pleased to finally have the issue resolved. I recommended this bed to a friend and purchased it through my account. Late again. The delivery times are not accurate. The price of this bed seems to go up and down like a yo yo. It dropped twice in price after I ordered it. Once on the day I received it and again 2 days later. wont honour the price as per their policy but they told me I could return the bed and reorder it at the lower price. How this makes sense is beyond me, not to mention there was no way that I was going to drag a package weighing 100lbs, back to the courier. When assembling the bed, the drill holes in the headboard are off (even though they were double drilled to correct something) so the bed slats are not securely snug on the frame because the hole was not lined up correctly. Also, the velcro edging was compromised in one spot with the plastic wrapping melted inside likely on the assembly line. The bed does look nice however I would hesitate to recommend this item as it would seem that there are some quality control issues in addition to the delivery delays. I was upset that I had recommended this bed to my friend and now they are stuck with something less than perfect and for more money than they could have paid a week later. Overall you got what you paid for.
I purchased this bed frame based on the positive reviews and overall, I am impressed with the quality considering the price. The bed arrived on time, was neatly packed, and was not difficult or time/consuming to assemble.
The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the poor customer service. The bed arrived with a missing piece. I filled out a form on the website clearly highlighting which piece was missing but I never got a response. I called the customer service number 4 times and every time, I was told someone would reach out to me. That also never happened. Eventually, I got fed up and contacted who sent out a replacement bed and had UPS pick up the initial bed with the missing piece. What a hassle that could have been avoided! Because of this, I am hesitant to make future purchases from and it also obviously makes me worried in the event that theres a need to claim warranty. I would be returning
The bed is lovely and easy to put together but the slats came broken, which I didnt notice till I had already assembled the bed. I asked for replacement slats and they told me I have to return the bed. In order to do this, I apparently need to drop it off which is basically impossible. Its too bad because the bed is great and could have just used some new slats. Terrible quality
The build seemed simple enough but there were multiple scenarios where the holes/screws were not in the correct place. And the final issue is that once assembled the slats dont fit because the whole bed is warped as the screws on the front of the bed (the side with the 2 peg legs) is off by an inch. Now I am stuck with half finished bed and no idea where to sleep. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!Do NOT recommend.
It is very high off the ground. Bought it for my child who is a huge tossing machine so a bit on the risky side. Wouldve been better with a bit more cushion on the upholstered headboard as a lower pillow actually results in hitting your head on the wood parts Its a nice design though.
I bought this bed despite being a little wary about the bedbug warnings in some ratings. Turned out all was clean as expected. Bed was well wrapped in plastic. Now I honestly think the bedbug reports are fabricated by a jealous competitor. Pretty comfy for the price
I usually dont take the time to write a review but this product was so impressive that I felt compelled. Everything from the packaging, easy to follow instructions , assembly, quality and sturdiness was just awesome. Great job with all the thought that went into this creative design! Highly recommend

Navy blue upholstered bed
