I contacted the company and we were refunded in less than two days. Happy with the customer service and product.
Good one. Id truly give it a 4.5 star if I could. It matches the theme perfectly, but my one complaint would be that its a little rougher than I would have liked for the rustic look. I tried taking more of a close/up to show. It was a struggle to hang (Im a 54 smaller female) and I really could have used an extra set of hands, but I made it work. I saw some reviews saying that it doesnt come with hardware, but mine did. You just have to dig through the box to find it. If I had another person to help me, it would have been really easy to hang.

There were some slight scratches/chips on the glass, too difficult to repack and return. Otherwise likes the mirror, may disguise with a wreath hanging to cover Size small.
But it still works great. just what we were looking for. you can see the light fixture and backsplash that we are using for the entire wall so its important to have a great mirror as its the first place people will look. couldnt be happier with our choice easy installation arrive timely, packaged well and up in no time excellent!
Could be little cheaper. Mirror came with a small defect. Seller was extremely quick and efficient to rectify! Extremely happy with product and service! Thank you!
