Ordered it on prime but took longer than usual to come in. One of the pieces is cracked (see pic). Extremely difficult to put together, had to restart 3 times. Other than that, its great material, looks clean, and is the perfect entry way bench or for in front of your bed. Good for organization. Happy with the purchase, just wish there wasnt a crack on the side. Not so stable.
This product is a beautiful addition to a front entryway or even a family room. The bench is sturdy and the design is clean.
As another reviewer suggested, Id like to build an extra shelf in each cube to make room for more shoes. That will optimize the space for what I intended it for.
While I am happy with the bench itself, Im incredibly pleased with the customer service. While putting the bench together, I accidentally broke the bottom decorative piece. It was totally my fault. I called to pay for a replacement, but they sent it to me free of charge! It was completely unnecessary, but much appreciated!
If youre looking for a beautiful and functional bench that wont break the bank, I would recommend this piece wholeheartedly. Perfect.
The packaging is great. The pieces arent labeled but if you look through the pictures, its easy to follow. Took about an hour to put together on my own. It looks really good. Easy assembly.
I love the piece but for what I paid very disappointed two have two chunks missing one you cant see once set up but my top has a piece out of it not worth trying to send back with how big item is Unstabke.
Its beautiful but none of the pieces were labeled which took extra time to make sure I had everything and was putting it together correctly. The instructions pictures are pretty detailed it just would have been nicer if the pieces were labled. Not at all user friendly.
Love this bench and worked out prefect for my sons helmets Only bad part the instructions were very hard to understand and all the hammering in the parts was hard and I actually chipped one of the small pieces even with using a piece of cardboard between the wood and hammer Better than expected.
Love this. Perfect for a little added storage and a great way to fill an open area with something that looks good. Easy to put together too! Works great.
