This bench was easy to put together and seems sturdy. The only part about it I dislike is the back piece being a wooden color, not black on the top and sides.
It was shipped and arrived in a good time and I cant complain about the price! I like it.

about 45 minutes to an hour to put together, but I am not the handiest woman around. It did have a small chip on an interior facing piece, which didnt affect the way it looks, once put together. Overall, I think it looks nice and is perfect in our entryway. Well worth the purchase.
Great bench / very solid. Only took my husband about 45 minutes to put together. Looks very nice in the entryway. I only gave it 4 stars because it feels a little high when you sit on it. Obviously, I could have measured the height before I bough it. But with an added cushion, just seems like its a bit taller than it should be. My husband even feels this way, and hes 6 2 tall.

Now just trying to figure out what to hang on the wall above since the matching hook wall mount contraption didnt work out. All in all, a good buy for just under 100 bucks. Perfect and Sturdy.
We bought the bench and matching wall shelf for our kitchen in black. Both pieces are sturdy and I was surprised how heavy the wall unit was. But, they made it very simple to hang. I was impressed by that. I was also pleased that one of them came with a little black pen to fill in any scratches. I am really happy with both pieces and the price was right. I would recommend using Target as the delivery was quick.
I loved the look of this bench. Very similar to one Pottery Barn carries. I got the bench and wall shelf/cubby for less than one piece from PB, even with the extra shipping charge. I hoped the finish was more distressed. It is a laminate/type finish but it is still okay. I only gave 4 stars because the directions were not the best. My husband and I are very good at assembling things and this manufacturer could have done better with the directions. The pieces are not labeled so we had to be careful. Probably took 45 minutes for 2 people. Piece is very sturdy, no concerns about sitting on it. Looks great with the baskets I bought.
