Very nice product! The bed came in 2 boxes, you might need 2 people to carry them up any stairs depending on your strength. All pieces are labeled by letter, and all of the hardware is separated into bags and labeled by numbers. So easy to find everything! Youll just need an extra screwdriver, but it comes with an allen wrench for everything else. My daughter loves her new bed, and it looks great for the price.
In the package that I received, the rail on the top by the ladder is defective. The holes were improperly drilled in one of the part K boards. Both slats for the beds, part M boards, do not fit the predrilled holes in the side bars. As a result, parts G, H, and I are defective. It cannot be easily returned once you begin putting it together. I would like a refund, but I am not able to pack everything up to send it back. UPDATE: refunded the purchase. Strong one.
Very happy. Was scared to buy a bed on but with all the stores close, I though Id try and Im amed how study this bed is. It looks so nice and clean and perfect size for 11year old and 8year old. Delivery was faster then the date I was given. Would highly recommend this bed
