First off the bed itself looks very nice, just like the pictures. I think its durable. Weve only had it put together for a few days so we will see in a few months how durable it actually is. My problem was when I first got the packaging I had ZERO instructions on how to put it together. They did email me back after a couple of days and sent the instructions. THEN as I was putting the bed together I noticed they had sent me 3 H sides rails and one I side rail. You have to have 2 Hs and 2 is or you cant put it together. I emailed them again and they did send the right part. I was just extremely frustrated about how many issues I had trying to put this bed together. Im sure it was just packaging, but it was very inconvenient. However they did get back to me every time I emailed and got everything sorted!
