Too few built-in foams for fluffying

    Small sack

This model is too small for an adult. I dont know how big the model is in the picture, maybe she is very petite. This particular style might be good for a child up to young teen. I took a couple of sits in it after a few days and wrinkled my nose. The packaging is clever, compressed memory foam. The idea is there, maybe the larger one, or more patience on my end prying the foam apart. Will try it a couple more times but this one may be headed for the donation bin.

Photo is not what you get!

If you’re expecting your Chill bean bag (foam bag) to look like the company’s photo once it has expanded you can forget it! It has been 3 days since receiving this bag and it still hasn’t come close to. Filling out the outer bag. It doesn’t sink all the way to the floor when I sit on it but there’s no way it will give any support like the lady sitting on it on the photo. It’s unacceptable that the customer is responsible for breaking up the foam pieces. Rolling it around for 3 days doesn’t do the trick. If you don’t try to break up the “chunks” of foam you will fill every one when sitting on the bag. I’ve purchased other memory foam items which are fillies with very small pieces of foam that only need fluffing up a bit once taken out of the compression bag. Not this thing! There are literally chunks of foam. After doing much research on the best beanbag to buy, this one seemed to have the higher reviews on the internet. I ordered 2 of the bags and haven’t even opened my second one yet. The first one is such a disappointment. I’m going to continue working with it for a few days if my arms hold out. It’s almost too much for a 66 year old woman. I’m sure my young grandchildren will still love playing on the bags but I was expecting much more out of this company. On the plus side, the fabric and colors are very nice. I ordered the gray and orange. I ordered the 3’ bag and it is quiet large. It’s cumbersome but can be moved easily.

... pull apart and fluff up but afterwards was very comfortable and a good purchase

Really took a lot of effort to pull apart and fluff up but afterwards was very comfortable and a good purchase.

    High quality product

Ive owned this for over a year and it has proved to be a great purchase. The 3 size is perfect for my kids [8 years and under] but Id go up to the next size it is primarily intended for an adult. After purchasing a cheaper and far inferior product first, I have to say this bag is worth the price tag. It hasnt lost any fluff over the year (despite kids jumping on it daily) and the cover is in great shape despite being washed many times (a washable cover is a MUST when purchasing for children, BTW!). Highly recommend this and am now considering buying another.

Great quality - but not quite as full as envisioned

Pros: High quality components. Just as described. Cons: I had envisioned the bag as being a little more full/stuffed than what arrived. Not necessarily marking it against them, but just going off of bean bags from my youth as being a bit taller off the ground so when you sit in it, you arent just a few inches off the ground. I dont know if they manufacture a version that is twice the height/stuffing, but that would be my ideal product.

    Great for the kids room

Ive been wanting to get a bean bag since I had one back in the 70s. They were comfortable especially for reading a book or just plain relaxing. Here we are in the hi-tech age so you have to wonder how much have they improved? First it came compressed in a box about a quarter the size of the inflated bag. You can see the box size compared to my size 11 shoe. The inner core is compressed in a zippered bag which is meant to be disposed of. The actual suede cover comes in a separate plastic bag. After you unzip the bag you will see the compressed bag core. Now you roll or kick it around the room for a bit to get it loosened up. It doesnt take long to get it to half its intended size. Then you can slip it into the suede cover and its ready to go, well, then you have to wait a bit and kick some more. They suggest one to two weeks for it to completely loosen up inside and become full size. Weve had ours for about a week and it is getting pretty fluffy. Our two and a half year old grandson loves it. Im 5 10 and its definitely too small for me but it does feel comfortable. The description says this is for a child or young adult even suggesting college dorm room. If you look at their photo the lady looks pretty scrunched up even for a young adult. This is more the kids model. And that brings me to my rating. This one is about $100 but for my size (and Im not a tall guy) it costs $200. Thats quite a jump. And Im not really sure what the memory foam does for you. I know in a bed it conforms to your shape. But as I recall back in the day we always fluffed them up to start over to get that full sized, none shaped form. Overall, its a decent bag and will be great for our grandsons room.

    Big!

I bought this for my 5 year old grandson and he loves it! The cover is a pretty blue and its very soft to the touch. It seems larger than 3 feet. I didnt feel like there was enough memory foam in it, so the company is sending me some extra at no charge. Great customer service!
