Amazing bed. Awful service and delivery.. We got this bed for our daughters big birthday gift. Bed itself is great and was pretty easy to put together. She loves it a lot. Only 3 stars because service was not great. What was supposed to be a 3 day delivery took almost 6 weeks. Very frustrating. All in all, bed itself is great though.
I have a lot to say about this. So for starters, shipping is 100$, and yet it took over a month to get to me, and it hadent even been moved from the warehouse for weeks after purchase. I contacted seller and was refunded the shipping cost for this reason. The next thing is for whatever reason both packages were held in a nearby city for like 2 days to reprint an illegible sticker. Next, they didnt even come on the same day which led to a giant box sitting in my living room for the day. Now to the fun part. My roommate and i started working on the bed around 5:30pm. We did not finish until 12 at night. We also had to restart or remove and replace multiple times because this comes with the literal worst instructions i have ever seen in my life. I had to set up a bed in another room for my kids to sleep because of how complex this was to put up. Now another thing is, out of all the screws and pegs, only one type of screw came with any extras. And of course, the main screws used had 0 extras AND they are super easy to strip. I had to use pliers to get one of the screws in because it got stripped and there were no extras which led to it hanging out partly. Another thing is that on the part with the window, its supposed to have holes on the top to secure it to the roof part. 0 holes. Even in the instructions it said there was supposed to be holes. We had to get our own screws and screw in support for it on the top. Also with the slates to support the mattresses, the holes didnt line up right on multiple slates and some slates were too short and this led to some screws being drilled in and pushing out the wood on the inside so it was wobbly. Theres no reason this should of taken so long or been so complicated. It also takes like 2 different types of tools, including a screwdriver and allen wrench. Now that its all set up i do love it and so do my kids, but with all the hassle it wasent worth the cost. At all. My suggestion would be to find a similar looking item on from another seller with better reviews that this one.
I got this bunk bed for my 2 kids and they fought over the top bunk because it has a window. I made a second window for the bottom bunk to match the top. I had to go buy some bolts from lowes for the new windows but that wasnt too hard. I got some boards and made the specs exactly to match. Kids stopped fighting over the top bunk now. I even got a few shower curtain rods and bought a kids curtain and hung the curtain to the side of the bunk bed using the rods and now the kids have a big tent with 2 windows. Last but not least I painted just the 2 windows to whatever color the kids wanted before I attached them of course. They love this thing. Gorgeous color and design
This is a great value, but perhaps that is why we had to wait almost a month for it. A week after it was supposed to arrive with broken piece. Hope to get a replacement piece, otherwise I wont be able to assemble it.
The pieces look very good though, beautiful color. Heavier than I thought. So if we ever get to put it up I will give another, thorough review. It is comfortable and easy to store and assemble.
First of all I want to say once getting this bed put together, its a great bed that is sturdy! My 4 year old loves it! Getting it put together was quite hard. The directions were kind of hard to understand and took my husband and I two days to put it together. The only complaint I have is that the slats were cut too small and the holes didnt line up properly and so we had to drill new holes at an angle to get it secured. Comfortable and practical for small spaces

Sooooo like most people I read a lot of reviews before buying. The window frame is NOT secured, I added 4 long screws drilling it from the outside of frame. Also I went to Lowes and bought a thick wood to go under the mattress on top of the slacks. I drilled it to the side. The entire bed shacks, however I made a 230lbs male get in the bed and lay down before I but the kids in it. Smart-Looking and Comfortable
So I love love love this bed and so do my kids very well made I recommend using a power drill to put it together it says to use a Allen key but you would be there forever doing it the product was shipped and not damaged only thing ai would have to say for the company is please do better at marking the letters on the wood so it would be faster to put together . Some Pieces and not have any letter or number on them so we had to play the guessing game but other than that great bed for the price ! True to color. So comfortable.
