This stool arrived damaged due to its packaging. One of the two did not arrive in its original packaging. Overall the stool is easy to assemble and looks modern.
I love these barstools, even come with horrible boxes...the only reason why I gave 3 stars- 2 of the 4 dont come with hardwares!
I will see what they can do, trueIy hope no need to return them.
PS I called support, which referred me to call , as only responsible to the buyers from either their stores or website.
PS. Sadly, I have to return these with missing parts.
the first stool was okay the second one no the bottom had a puncture in the seat and someone put liquid glue over the puncture and put in box to sell. Not acceptable! Comfortable, and looks nice too.
Looks great in the spot designated. Was easy to put together. Could have been more specific as to what the front of the chair was. First one I put together I had to take apart because I put the back on the wrong side of seat. Other than that it went together. worth every penny
