This chair does not have a smooth alignment in the back. The seat is low (less than 19) and thus would not be suitable to serve as a desk chair, contrary to what another review states. Its also not the most comfortable.
It is an ok chairand will be donated to Hospice.
Great accent chair, we use these both in the room and bedrooms. They look great with a throw blanket and a decorative pillow. Really brings the room together.
And yes its sturdy.

These chairs are exactly what I wanted. I didnt want to spend a fortune but I wanted a chair to sit and read a book or pull up to a table to use as an extra dining chair. It wasnt super easy to assemble but I was able to assemble them by myself in under an hour. The padding is firm. Product was easy to assemble and sturdy at a great value
