The seat cushion is nice and thick. Good quality for the price! Rolls easily. The arms ability to fold up is very handy for small spaces.
Easy to assemble, but I didnt love how the hardware was packaged. When the cardboard was torn away from the plastic, it was difficult to tell which screws were which.
This chair was easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. A tool was provided for assembly and it worked perfectly. The package even included some extra bolts. The chair is quite comfortable and the ability to move the arms out of the way is a great plus. The height adjustment is quite adequate, even for a taller person. The only complaint I would have is it does not seem to rock as described. I pulled the height adjustment lever outward as manual states and adjusted the tension knob but it makes no difference. The chair doesnt rock or recline back at all. However that is just a minor inconvenience as I can do without that feature. But for that reason I only give it 4 stars. Update: I managed to get the rocker to work by cutting just a 1/8 off the end of height adjustment rod allowing it to be free of the hole that locks the chair in place. It still has plenty of length to lock it when pushing handle back in place (1/4 past hole). This has allowed the chair to operate as intended and the rocking function is great. Still I will leave review at 4 stars since I had to correct this manufacturing defect myself.
This chair is very nice and comfortable. It was very easy to assemble, and came with a great allen wrench with a handle! I am very happy with it, and the instructions were very easy to follow.

Even included extra screws and labeled as such. This was easiest assembly of a product with clear instructions. Chair is very comfortable. Arms can be in upright position so it will fit under desk and take up less space in room. Price is reasonable for well constructed chair. Highly recommend

No need for a back pillow !
Very easy to put together, but takes a little longer if you have cats lol. Very comfortable and no lower back pain at the end of the day.
