The chair came damaged in two places at the top of the chair. It appeared to be caused by the packing material. It wasnt torn, thrre were two black marks. It was not my goal to send it back but to let them know for future shipments. Plus asking for advice to possibly clean the stains. The low rating is for lack of customer service, as I never heard back from the company. Its not a bad chair, a little smaller than i expected but for the price Ok

Kids size chair
They are not comfortable because they are kids chair. They are not made for regular living room.
