At first I had a problem with delivery but the Seller/Customer Service were excellent and eager to resolve the problem. I received my chairs and I am happy. The chairs are nice and easy to assemble and they are super comfortable with an extra thick seat cushion!
I ordered to sets of chairs. I loved the first pair I received.. therefore I ordered another pair to have a set of 4. I picked up my item today and there are no legs for the chair. Just the chair part, supporting bars and screws, nuts and bolts....no legs..it is impossible for me to assemble the chair. What a waste of money.
The chairs themselves are lovely, sturdy and easy to assemble. I love them, but the second order was a horrible experience.

Sturdiness?
Chairs are attractive. Fairly easy to assemble. Comfortable. The sturdiness is is an issue as chairs seem somewhat weak.

These are awesome. They did have damage hence the 4 star review. But customer service is working on making it right.
