Easy to assemble until I got to tge hinges, those were a major pain! Finally had to seek help from my neighbor as it took 2 of us to snap them in. But now that it’s together & under the cubby/hooks/shelf piece I bought, it’s great! Def recommended & worth the trouble of assembly.
The customer service was very good and explained the delay and gave a reward. The product is so beautiful and sturdy. I’m using it for shoes and school backpacks
It’s a very nice bench however it’s best used for smaller shoes. It was always very challenging to assemble and the directions weren’t that great. We also had to use our own screws for one of the hinges bc the ones that came with it was too small and kept falling out every time we closed the top.
Overall I like this bench, however the cushion is just sitting on the top and sometimes when you sit on it it slides back and the edge of the top is kind of sharp so it digs into your legs especially if you’re wearing shorts. I wish they had figured out a way to keep the cushion from sliding around on the top, other than that it’s a very nice bench.
I bought this for my ladies lounge to store my granddaughters toys and diapers in. It’s perfect. As she gets bigger she can use it to look out the window and watch the birds. Easy to put together, cushion cover comes off to be washed.

Fully Assembled
Bought this for my daughter, it was a huge hit. The drawers are on glides, they hold the extra mittens, hats, etc. She loves it and its held up well.
