We like the bed and its quality, very pleased with purchase. But when the assembly was finished we discovered that step from stair wasn't there, missing part(№16). We would like to get it to complete assembly.
So I bought this bed for my son and am thrilled with it. The pieces as mentioned were large in size so putting it together was not as daunting. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I originally was very nervous about making this purchase online because I knew I would have to put it together and if it was in weak, small pieces I would have to hear about it from my husband. He is not usually a fan of furniture that needs to be put together because he often has experienced poor quality in such pieces but he is happy with it as well. Definitely no buyers remorse!
Pleasantly surprised by the quality! Bed is strong and sturdy after putting it together. Came in large pieces, and was not complicated at all. Our only complaint is that there is no matching pieces such as a dresser to purchase.

I kept looking around for hidden cameras while I was assembling this disaster.. I though I was on candid camera or something. Instructions are horrible, design is horrible, overall it looks cheap. I am a mechanic and I had to assemble some parts three times before I got them right. There is no reason this needed 6000 pieces. ;-)
I got a new bed because my old one was squeaking. This one is silent, and hold up well. Great purchase.
The only con is that the drawers are a bit of a pain to assemble. Other than that, no complaints.
Assembly was my only problem with this because the directions were misleading on what they give you in the package, so we had to look up a video on how to assemble it which was definitely more helpful then the packet. Still a amazing bed frame though!
