I honestly thought that this chair was going to be a pain in the butt to set up --- but I followed the instructions and my only hiccup is that it was not quite clear which side was the front. I quickly saw how it was supposed to assemble, and the rest went smoothly. Took me about 20 min to put together. Very comfortable considering the price. Great value. Thank you. Quality workmanship!

I got this chair because of the 500lbs rating AND it looked decently comfortable.
Now dont get me wrong, it is comfortable but the chair is already giving out and leaning within only 3 months of use.
UPDATE Unfortunately since its only been 3 months and its starting to give out its hard for me to recommend this to my fellow big people.
UPDATE I was given a replacement Control Mechanism (Metal Base) 3 months after I bought the chair because the chair became wobbly AND AGAIN another 3 months later the chair is wobbling due to the SAME EXACT MALFUNCTION. you will need to replace the base every 2-3 months if you buy this chair. Its nice but kind of hard to assemble
Absolutely love this chair. The seat is TALL but easily drops down to below standard desk height. Its rare I find a chair that doesnt fold my knees in to my chest. It is also strong. Im 62 and 275lbs but the air cylinder stays put at the height I set it at. Its also comfortable and extremely solid. I think Ill be enjoying this chair for a long time 100% satisfaction
Easy to assemble, and the chair appears to be well made. Quality fabric and a solid feel when sitting in it. The only thing that is a negative to me is that the chair does not adjust lower than it does. It sits fairly high in its lowest position. Highly recommend!
