I love this futon the color is beautiful and its easy to assemble. The only down side is that mine had a defect and I couldnt secure one part of the sofa to the other with the middle leg. I was annoyed that the part where the screw goes in was broken but the sofa is sturdy enough that it doesnt cause problems
The couch was easy enough to assemble and is very sturdy. The seat depth makes it not the best to sit on and the cushions have no bounce. It's only comfortable to lie down on if you lay on your back. If you get this couch, I highly suggest also getting something you can put your feet on/ against and also some pillows and/or blankets to help add cushion.

Needed a futon for a small room; this is perfectly sized. Color material are great. Wasn't difficult to put together.
Issue is it's like sitting on a concrete bench; sleeping on it was better than sleeping on a floor but cannot recommend.

When I placed my order the Sofa in this color (peacock blue) was not available as an option. However the images for what was the loveseat only displayed the measurements and size of the sofa now available as well. When I received the loveseat I was unhappy that it was smaller than I expected, pics included. The loveseat is small for two grown adults but fine for one to lounge comfortably. I spoke with the seller about this and they were very responsive and provided me a small refund for the miss information. I love the loveseat itself- color is exactly as pictured and beautiful, fabric is of good quality, cushions are not flimsy, and over all it is comfortable. The instructions were a little confusing and I needed my partners help to lift things, so definitely consider that. Additionally they did not say what the Washers were for (the go on the screws before you start to screw them on the inside of the couch for the base board to attach to) Nor did it say where the bolsters were (I had to ask the seller and they are in the zipper at the bottom back of the back rest piece! I totally missed that and thought we didnt receive them)
my roommate and i ordered the couch for our mini living room, its perfect for compact spaces. I love the fact it becomes a bed, its so convenient for our friends to just crash over at night. my roommate has taken about 6 naps and its been a week since we have got this couch. all the other reviews make it seem a bit sus but i really love this couch
This monster kitten is going to shred whatever we get, so we went cheap. For the price, this is an excellent choice. Sturdy, attractive, fairly comfortable. Monster included for scale.
This couch works great as a college student in a small NYC apartment BUT the box was sliced when it arrived and resulted in two separate rips on the couch. The box is also extremely heavy and large, which made getting it to my apartment difficult. I would return the couch and re-order one that was not damaged, but the headache of moving it is simply too difficult and time consuming to do again. Other than the damages, this couch is a perfect addition to my apartment and I love that it can be converted into a bed without taking up space. I would recommend this couch to anyone in a small space but definitely BEWARE of damages and how difficult it would be to return simply because this is a very heavy and bulky item to move.
Just finished putting together my Gilman futon—EASY! I was feeling uncertain about assembling it, so I emailed . Their rep got back to me very quickly and reassured me that if Id put together IKEA and other pieces of furniture I got online, I would be able to assemble the futon. He was right!

Not comfortable
The couch was easy enough to assemble and is very sturdy. The seat depth makes it not the best to sit on and the cushions have no bounce. It's only comfortable to lie down on if you lay on your back. Great customer service- misleading listing for loveseat

Side handles Expensive
2 problems 1. Alignment of side handles is a challenge 2. It is bit expensive
