The box is very heavy and you will need assistance unless you have serious body strength. The assembly wasnt too difficult but none of the pieces are marked and you have to figure it out on your own. I found this out the hard way as my original review stated I did not get the side pillows well apparently are enclosed somewhere within my couch. This was not mentioned in the directions and to get the pillows I would have to take apart the couch, which I wont be doing. The seller sent be a poor image of how to retrieve the pillows, one that didnt even mention the part in which they were in. The couch is stiff to a degree, but I have to admit, I have liked it more Ive laid on it. It is very spacious! I will give it credit there. I am 54 and can sleep easily with room. I would assume you could even cuddle with two people horizontal depending on your sizes. I also think you can have more than 2 people on the couch at one time which is a plus. Fits my 12 pound poodle and I nicely. When company is over it can fit all three. I give it three stars mainly for the lack of assembly instruction, Id like my pillows……
I struggled to find a highly rated sofa until I found this one. I had a budget of $400 for a sofa but I ended up going over because I liked this one. I wasn't sure what I was going to get but I am very happy with it. The velvet is soft, the cushions are soft but firm, and the sofa is sturdy. I have it on my rug so it stays put. The assembly absolutely requires two people. I have put together many things by myself that require two people but this one I couldn't do by myself. The left arm has two holes to secure the base but the bottom hole is drilled incorrectly. I have contacted the seller and will update if they respond.

I received this sofa today, which I love! However, the packaging was very damaged when it arrived, a vital piece to the sofa (the bar that runs across the bottom under the cushion to keep it from falling through) was missing and there is a stain on the arm of the sofa that is very noticeable. Ive contacted the seller and waiting for a reply. Otherwise, the sofa and color are very pretty.
I looked on other websites trying to find an affordable couch for my tiny apartment before I landed on this one. Seriously love this couch!!!! The seats are deep and comfortable and its the perfect color. Love the velvety texture. Honestly I feel like it looks better in person than the advertisement! Pretty easy to put together, but youll need two people. The back legs have pegs and screws to attach (front legs just screw on) - both pegs broke off for me but the legs are still very secure with the screws. I like that I can remove the back pillows if necessary (Velcro). Came in one large box and earlier than expected. Already napped on it a bunch. Ive gotten so many compliments!
I was so excited to have this delivered, as it was for a professional space. First, the color is MUCH darker than advertised! I expected an almost turquoise green and it is dark green.
Secondly, no round pillows anywhere to be found!! So frustrating!
This sofa is not meant for high traffic, frequent use. The seat is quite thin and does not feel durable.
So disappointed for what I paid!
I purchased the loveseat. I love that the style and color was exactly what I was looking for, though the pictures are deceiving and make it look wider than it actually is. That loses points.
Delivery was slow as I waited about 2 weeks to receive.
Low and behold, today I finally got my perfect piece to my room!
Didnt even open the box and knew it was going to be damaged.
There is a cut out in the box (Have no clue why it came this way). Exposed was one of the arms and it has a small hole in it. Upon opening the box, I found a few more surprises. The piece that goes on the front of the couch, theres almost 4inches distressed damaged line, and 3 of the legs are damaged.
It is very easy to assemble, seems pretty sturdy, and as I said before I love the color and style.
I am just so disheartened by how it was delivered with so much damage.
To wait this long and it not be in pristine condition, I am so disappointed.
