I will say there was one step the directions have me absolutely confused. But the front page shows where all the pieces go so once I referred back to that I was good to go! My daughter absolutely loves it!
This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there. We got this bed for our 18 month old. She loves being able to climb in out of bed every morning/evening. The fence posts help make she she doesnt roll out at night. So far, its going very well! However, assembly was not easy. It took 2 of us. Directions were OK but at least all the parts were well labeled. At one point they have you attach one side to 4 supporting pieces, this was the hardest part. Overall, we are happy.
Easy to put together, comfy and just as easy to disassemble when moving The bed turned out super cute. Honestly, my biggest issue with this bed was the direction!! They seriously SUCK! The assembly in hind sight really is not difficult. The direction are put together horribly. I ended up skipping a few pages to where its shows you the set up of the bed and went from there. My son loves it good quality.

This is a very nice, easy to put together sectional for a small space First wasnt supposed to arive till 8/27 so an entire month early! Hell yea its sturdy nice quality few scratches but i expect to be painting it gkitter explosion pink any way. Easy set up watch for L long beams how you face them
Perfect for a small apartment space. This bed is absolutely adorable. I painted it black so that it matched my daughters furniture! She just turned 1 and it gives her a little independence but keeps her from falling on the floor! It took forever to paint it but it was worth it once it was done and assembled!
Customer support from this company was exceptional. Love the bed. It was missing a screw so the door frame is not secure. But I love the bed and so does my 2 year old
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! Overall its a great bed! The instructions, like most reviews said, are awful. I used the picture at the beginning of the instructions to figure it out because the letters were misprinted on the sheet. Its pretty apparent which piece goes where. Once I figure that out, it was relatively easy to assemble. It took about 2 hours to put together by myself. There were cracks in three of the pieces, but they did not affect the integrity of the bed. For the price, I think it was worth the purchase and I would buy it again.

But when the product arrived, we realized that the package had been opened before and a part of it was broken. We didnt want to return it because we started to build the bed and my daughter loves it so much. I reached the customer service and They immediately contacted me to solve the problem I had with the product and they solved the problem. Customer service was the fastest responsive customer service Ive seen in a long time. Thank you!
