They are hard on the stairs though, the paint is already peeling off after few months and you cant clean the steps or paint comes off or bubbles since its more compressed-like wood.
Looks cute, is sturdy Great for price, but wont stand the test of time.
If youre looking for something lower to the ground that you only need for couple years and summer want to spend a fortune, you will like this. Just put something on the stairs upon set up to keep them clean. Or, dont buy white like I did. It is really pretty
This is a compact set. Perfect for small room. Arrived damaged - a 1/2 chunk of wood is missing from a guard rail. It was there from the get-go as the gouge is painted, I.e. not shipping damage. Disappointed that there is no factory quality control....or maybe Im wrong and there IS a QC inspection albeit WITH A HEALTHY DOSE OF APATHY THROWN IN...FOR FREE! (snark, snark) ez to install!
I have my 7 year old twins using this and they love it. I love the stairs bc its so much safer than a ladder and I love how short it is bc I can actually reach the twin on the top. I did leave of the rail bc honestly my kids dont need it and with it I would not be able to make the top mattress. Very comfortable, worth the money
My girls love their new beds. You do need two people to put this together if you want to Mke it easier on yourself. Juat over all love this bed. suit for my need!
So I thought these had storage in the stairs, I was very disappointed that they did not. I also feel like the quality could be better for the price. The paint job is absolutely horrible and very patchy and globby in some places. It does seem pretty sturdy, Ill give it that.. Assembly wasnt terribly bad, the instructions really arent the best though, took us a afternoon to build. All in all my boys love it though. So Im happy with it in that aspect. The slide is their favorite part. Not exactly the type look on the picture
I seriously didnt quite realize what I was getting into with bunk bed. First of all, yes you need to wait until both boxes are here. Secondly it doesnt matter what box you unpack first because you are going to need both opened and sorted to get anywhere. I had to dig to the bottom of the second box and remove almost everything to start putting the bed together. I would have liked a few more steps. You will also absolutely need another body to hold this sucker together while you get the bolts in on step 2. You will need them at least half an hour. But in the end, I didnt need any extra tools other than one screwdriver. I think it took me five hours, but that was also with children bursting into the room and trying to help and having one shot to help calm my nerves. just what i need!
Was very easy to assemble and all the parts were in great shape. Built by myself in about 2.5 hours. My twin 3 year olds love it and its the perfect size for them. Perfect for what I wanted

Great for young children
