It came in a big brown box with a company name on it. Once unpacked, All we had to do was unfold it, put the legs, cover, and handle on, and we were in business! It came WITH a tool so I didn't have to hunt one down. It also has a bag so you can take it on the go. Not sure how much we'll do this, but it's a nice option.
Our granddaughter has the same item at school. She loves her own. After reading the reviews, her father took extra care to make sure all parts were well joined to avoid accidents.

Excellent for toddlers
Bought this for my 3 year old. She loves it. Doesn't take up too much space and it's easy to assemble and to disassemble when needed.
