Not what I expected but meets what was advertised. Unless one has assembled this trampoline before, it will take more than 10 minutes to assemble. I suggest that one make sure to locate the package containing the screws and wrench while unpacking. I first wrote that this package had not been included but later discovered the screws and wrench in a small plastic bag while cleaning up. Overall, I think a child will like this trampoline. The trampoline appears adequately designed. I assembled and then dissembled this trampoline to ensure that it was okay before considering it as a present. . The ad is correct in this being portable and foldable but it is not something that a person wants to assemble and disassemble on a daily or weekly basis.
The blue protector ring won't stay on the trampoline and tore the material the first time I tied it. Other than that, its sturdy. We bought it for my 2.5 year old but my 11 year old has equally as much fun.
This was fairly easy to put together. The cover was an issue though .
After a little over a month, the spring cover started to come apart. Once it started, pieces of plastic started falling off. I contacted the company, but haven't heard back.
As for the trampoline itself, it's still holding up well .
I really liked the trampoline. I had been looking for one with a handle for a 3 year old. He loves it. Does everything on it. Eats, looks at learning videos, play with cars, etc. However, you see blue edge cover? It has holes in it that you match up to holes on trampoline edge. That way you can screw in legs and handle and the edge is covered. I worked for 2 days and they never matched up. Ended up not using at all
Daughter loves it. Bars of handle don't fit in perfectly enough to be able to screw both on, but with one side screwed in and other side a tight fit, works just fine. Was easy to assemble.
The handle came out easily enough to be able to hide it for her birthday. Will also come off quickly enough to be able to store assembled trampoline under bed, if needed.
The assembly was poorly measured so the parts were very difficult...almost impossible to put together. The reason I bought this was because it stated it was easy to assemble and also easy for storage, both are false. The parts will not be coming off any time soon as we had to jam them in.
If your on the fence about getting this one, choose the other one.
