Beautiful design. All measurements worked well and instructions were clear. The poplar wood is beautiful. I intended to paint or stain, but the natural finish was too nice. Our almost 3-year old loves it!
Looks exactly as pictured. Very sturdy. Directions were thorough and easy to put together. I would highly recommend 2 people though as the wood is hardwood and you will need someone to help hold pieces together while you operate the screw gun. Also buy the slats if your not planning on using a box spring.
This is a really nice bed. Its easy enough to put together, you could do it with one person but with two makes it simple, just follow the instructions. The wood is sanded nice and smooth, we didnt paint or treat it. Its really sturdy! My daughter loves her first big girl bed!
