Package in two large boxes, which is great because BOTH of them were significantly heavy. Made getting it upstairs to kids room much easier. Instructions and labeling of all parts was perfect. Went together very proficiently. Very solid, and well designed. Anyone looking for saving room space and providing three beds needs to get this triple bunk bed. Love it.
Took way longer thank expected to put together. Directions were backwards. Wood shavings were in holes for screws. That being said, I will still give this bed 5 stars. Customer service was great because one of the panels was split. We emailed and they immediately sent a replacement.

beds 1 (bottom) and 3 (top) came in same box with directions for twin bunk setup. Put them all together and then opening 2nd box noticed bed 2 (middle) was there with directions for triple bed setup. Easy to put together had help my both my sons (ages 34) some of the wood had small chips but overall very pleased with it.
Was wary but this piece is nice and sturdy for my kids. I feel safe w them sleeping and fits in our small space well, even space for a full size bed next to it. Great

Pretty solid bed went up pretty fast had some helpers so that made the process easy. Took about three hours all in all Im 100 percent satisfied

Not sturdy
Great space saver for my 3 boys, but it became very shaky after only a couple weeks.
Best worth money can buy. Kids loved it.
