Bar Stools are Made in China. If you want extremely well made furniture, do not buy from China or, specifically, this company.
I gave them 3 stars because although they are not made with very good craftsmanship, they present a lovely, modern, bar stool look that is perfect for my kitchen counter. This fits the look I was looking for. But it does not fit the workmanship I was looking for.
The set of 2 contain all the basic features, the Adjustable Counter Height that fits with my counter height needs,
Waterproof PU Covered Seat Bar Chairs with an acceptable and comfortable cushion for the chair, albeit a bit thin,
A sleek, ultra modern White high end decorator look for a lower end cost,
a foot rest in the right spot,
adding up to comfort (not the most comfortable, but definitely comfortable, not uncomfortable) and good looks.
Durability? according to my metallurgist husband, they are welded terribly, but they are not flimsy.
The lay person cannot see the flaws so well, particularly the terrible job where they overheated the bottom and damaged the rings - perhaps cosmetic - only time will tell.
They enclose packets with the mickey-mouse tools to put the pieces together and a pair of white gloves so you dont ruin the white paint job, even though they already did -Small areas where white paint has been stripped off to show the silver metal beneath are found on the bottom of a chair, around the aperture of the chair, something that probably occurred in the factory.
Tip: Use your own tools, if you have them. Youll have a better chance of the tool fitting your parts and not damaging your chairs by using their inferior tools that they provided.
Hubby says he would not pay $170.00 for these; In his opinion, they are worth more like $69.00
So, impressive looking if you dont look too closely,
feels great, move great and easily,
not sure how long theyll last but we think they might last many years.

These are decent barstools for the price ($179.99/approximately $90 each), but I probably wouldnt buy them again.
These barstools look great. The footrest is at a comfortable height for someone with short legs and the fabric feels durable. It will likely be easy to wipe clean, but may be easy to stain as well due to the color.
While these look great, Im not sure how durable these will be. They feel slightly top-heavy and the seat flexes backwards uncomfortably if you lean against the back support.
As well as not being durable, they arent very comfortable. The seat does not have a lot of padding and the backrest has no support to speak of. They are also uncomfortable to try to swivel in- it requires quite a bit of movement if you dont have something to grab ahold of. The seat also sways ominously if you do this due to the top-heavy nature of them.
These are super easy to put together though. The instructions are simple to follow and it included extra hardware. It takes about 10 minutes to put them both together, most of which is unpacking the components.
Overall, Im giving these three stars due to the cons of not being durable or comfortable. They do look great though and are on the cheaper end of modern style barstools.

Got these because I love the style of them. They were easy to put together and the directions were on point. I was a little worried about the Comfort of them, but they actually are very comfortable. Definitely worth the money.

They are easy to assemble and take about 10 minutes total. Unboxing actually takes linger than assembling the chairs themselves.
The seat cushion is just the right amount without making the chairs all bulky

The seats are comfortable but not without its faults. The chairs are wobbly, especially when raised up tall. The base is made of a composite and is not particularly heavy which makes it seem unstable.
The hydraulics work very well and children will love raising it up tall and riding it down.
Overall it gets 5 stars in looks and 3 stars in quality. Id buy again if the price calls for it.
These are definitely NOT heavy duty bar stools that will last a long time. But at a value of less then $100 each I didnt expect them to be. They are comfortable enough to eat a quick bite at the counter top. Nice look and feel. If you looking for some decent bar stools that wont break the bank then these are a great option. Easy to put together.
These came in a small box and a breeze to put together. However, they were not that comfortable. On the bright side they look great and match my new black wood floors and silver island so that is all that matters.

Anyways, I love that theyre adjustable. In one of the pictures Im including you can see it at its tallest and shortest settings. Theyre super comfy and durable! Im about 150lbs and my brother came over the other day and hes around 2-something.

Look Great, Top Heavy, Uncomfortable
