I purchased this desk for my niece and she uses it every day for her assignments and study. The assembly is a bit tedious but pro tip is do not use power drills and it will come out perfect. Its very sturdy.

What Im not a fan of:
Keyboard shelf / it tilts as you pull it out so you cant keep it pulled out all the way. Makes it hard to use especially for the mount.
A few places (sides of monitor shelf) boards get in the way of cables.
Overall I like it and am glad I got it. Much better ergonomics than my previous very old student writing desk.
Was perfectly pleased that the desk came with no scratches, chips, or missing pieces and the desktop corners are properly protected during shipping. The only difficulty during assembly was trying to screw on the hutches from the back, since you need to hold both pieces together and I ultimately had to raise 2 corners of the desk while screwing in the hutch from the back.
The only reason why this is 4 stars and not 5 is because the backboard for shelves is about 1cm too long. I didnt notice this until I was trying to drop the desktop on top of the legs and shelf, but the backboard prevents the desktop from dropping in. So, I decided to have no backboard for the shelves, but not every will be pleased with this particular set up. Flipping the backboard direction made no difference either.

I put together on my own but it helps if you have another person with you to hold some of the pieces. It makes it easier and faster.

I just knew it was going to be hard to put together. My daughter and I put it together in a hour .
