Builds easy. Instructions were a bit funky in places but Ive built tons of beds so I got the hang of it fairly easy. Trundle slides out nicely and holds a 6 twin (dunno if theres an option for an 8 but for my youngin it works just as well).
The upper bed is supposed to hold a king or queen but my queen mattress doesnt fit in there. I had to literally smoosh it into the bed. Maybe a measurement error on the bed part. Its still a good bed for the price
Color was off. Totally orangey- oak. Nice bed though. My movers helped me assemble bc I was getting frustrated.
Overall I’m happy. Looks good for my 9 yr old son who wanted a day bed.
Buy a thin trundle mattress!
Great daybed for the price. Trundle is a bit difficult to pull in and out, but I attribute that to the thick carpet it’s sitting on. So glad I went with this particular daybed. It looks great in my retro entertainment room.
Excellent product!!! Sturdy, thick - easy to put together (def needs 2 people at least for main bed/be sure to follow directions) MUCH better than I expected. One problem, tho, is that part of the description or another user’s review said it can fit 8” mattress. I recommend don’t go higher than 6”
Like the bed but very disappointed in a few chips in the wood and one of the lats was broken and very warped not worth returning the bed for these things. We will replace the lay and deal with the flaws. Just disappointing for the price paid. All in all the bed is nice but shipping did a lot of damage.
We are pretty happy with the quality of this trundle bed and assemble was easy with 1 person if you have a little step stool to help. Otherwise 2 people is always better. The assembly design and screws that come with the bed are really good quality but I always do my own modifications in order to avoid the bef loosening after normal use. Otherwise the only issue I have which is more of a design issue is that the trundle could use some sort of stoppers or stabilizers, when the trundle bed is pulled out, it kind of moves every which way since its so light. I will be adding some stoppers myself to keep it steady since I have two young boys.

This bed is solid, and was really easy to put together. We used a 8 inch Simmons memory foam mattress for the trundle.

Very nice buy for the money, bought for my nephews room when they come to visit cause they are big boys and it works perfectly.. Easy to assemble
