I have assembled my share of RTA pieces from small bedside tables up through complete kitchens. This unit by far has been the most impressive piece I have put together in terms of parts identification, ease of assembly, and, comes with the best laid out instructions bar none. The unit also includes the tools needed for assembly however, if you have a phillips screwdriver => use it. Included with the cabinet is also a small bag of spare parts that contains one of each of the required fasteners as well as a spare anti/tip strap.
The assembled unit is sturdy. The doors open and close perfectly with nice even gaps. I had no fiddling around with them to get them to line up usually challenging with a lot of items that have doors.
All the welds were clean and smooth no gorilla welds to be seen. The fitment with all the parts was spot on.
The shelves and the top and the bottom look pretty much like real wood although they are not.
Excellent value for the money. I was not disappointed give the cabinet two thumbs up.
Product is as advertised. Based on the use of metal for a good portion of the frame, this is a very sturdy unit. It was relatively easy to put together (I did it by myself). Some of the screws needed some additional force to drive in as opposed to just using the provided tools. Instructions were very good / detailed, clear, pictures, etc. / some of the best I have seen with furniture/shelving. The one negative is that the interior shelving (inside the middle doors) / the height doesnt allow for some 1.75 liter bottles of liquor / it is an inch or so too short. I may be able to reconfigure to some extent and I have to see if I can play around with it (I could always remove the shelf) / not a deal breaker at all. Would recommend.
We are using this for our TV and various items to display. My husband raves about how easy it was to assemble. It is perfect for our needs and very sturdy.
Great cabinet! I am using it as a bedroom . It was easy to assemble. Its not solid wood so its not 100 sturdy but still sturdy enough for being those compressed wood/type of cabinets. Looks great overall after assembly. Glad I was able to find this and pick this up!
This is really heavy. Directions said it takes two people to assemble but my dad did it himself. Magnetic cabinet in the middle is super cute. Lots of space for wine. My very large wine glasses hang fine in the middle upside down. Worth the money
