We love our modular sofa and so far loving the functionally and look of it. The only minor defects we found upon assembly are from marks on at least 2 of the back pillows a seat. We did receive the replacements fairly quickly and customer service truly is a top priority for . Easy to assemble once you get a hang of it. We are amazed on how flexible and comfortable it is and cant wait to add a few more in the future. The luxury side of this sofa that makes it stand out among other expensive modular sofa is not just the storage but also the reclining feature which is by far, makes for a more comfortable feel than the cloud or any style, at least for me. Love the right amount of firmness and comfort, feels great on the skin and my kids really like the feel of it. We actually had a few ketchup smear stains because life happens when you have little ones and it wiped clean easily. My husband loves it so much so that it became a sofa bed for us which were hoping will hold up for many years given it isnt really mentioned as a sofa bed per say. Its a modular sofa with a real clean and not bulky configuration so perfect for our design staging business with design spacial versatility in mind. The couch is great due to its ease of assembly and the options you have for configuration! youre not just stuck with a couch that looks the same forever...... Wish I had an Ottoman piece though,
Ok after a couple weeks of having this couch I have to say I really really love it. Its comfy, sturdy, and the color and fabric is great. Love the storage and the ottoman! I was upset in the beginning over the low backs and I still feel like it would be better with higher backs but still. A great couch.
During shipping a part of the couch was damaged. A quick email to customer service started the quick process of getting a new part sent! I love that I can move the modules around. We ended up making the L couch into two separate couches - although we needed to buy an additional piece to do it. I love my couches. They are so comfortable. I highly highly recommend these couches to anyone!
We bought this sectional to replace 2 couches in our rv. Fit perfectly. Nice quality and very easy to assemble. All the right hardware and it all lined up just like it is supposed to. And I love love love the storage!
I made this purchase somewhat skeptically but as soon as it arrived I was delighted. It got here in three days, and that is two months sooner than my local furniture store could deliver from their warehouse!! The quality is great, hardware is excellent to hold the sections together. It is as others have mentioned quite stiff as far as comfort goes but we have quickly adapted to the new feel. Our living room is quite odd shaped so having the flexibility to arrange the sofa as we need is unparalleled. As an added bonus there is storage under every seat. We can keep blankets and pillows for a great night watching movies. We couldnt be more pleased. After the purchase I felt like we needed a couple extra sections so I went back and ordered additional pieces. Thank you so much, we love it!
