I bought this chair for my mother shes plus sized ( more than 300lb) and about 6 ft tall. She fits in the chair perfectly and loves the vibration feature. She says it relaxes her legs. The only downside is while assembling the product it tore in the back slightly and the instructions were confusing at first so we followed the pictures. But overall a great chair and it works perfectly.
I like the massage and remote. The port is cool. I love the color. The chair is comfortable but I dont like how the take up too much room. I think it would be more comfortable it the were hidden (like when you flip open the arm to place your drink. One other thing is chair foot rest seems small and must have inside (possibly electronic equipment) one part of the leg rest is hard. All in all probably a 3.5 scoring.
I purchased this chair for my mother who was about to have hip replacement, and I wanted a solid sturdy chair, but couldnt afford the ones at medical supply stores. It has been a godsend. It was easy to put together, pretty straight forward how to operate, and has helped my mother easily get up and down out of her chair. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the cloth material of the chair is very thin, and one could easily poke a hole or tear the fabric. We purchased a chair cover, but unfortunately every cover we have found then covers the buttons of operation and the pockets. But hey, cant beat the price or the functionality.
I just bought this for my mother who is 87 years old with ambulatory issues and who struggles with getting up from a seated position and it is aming! It helps her to be in an almost standing position before she has to get out of the chair. It is very sturdy and doesnt move when she holds on to stand up, that is something that I was concerned about before it came. We just got it yesterday so she hasnt had a chance to really do everything with the chair but she is loving it. Great buy!
Looks nice, not very hard to assemble and comfortable. One negative comment I would suggest to the manufacturer that the /recline buttons work opposite from the way they do. To move to the UPRIGHT/ position, you press the BACK button. To RECLINE you press the FORWARD button. We never got used to this (its just not intuitive), so I unscrewed, drilled new holes, and rotated the button plate 180 degrees (swapping the two buttons) so much better!
Fist off, this is a very comfortable chair. The electronic parts have held up wonderfully. Unfortunately after not quite 2 years its literally falling apart. The stitching under the arm rests and the reclining foot rest has disintegrated.

Got the wrong chair but the guy was nice and refunded the money.
Chair was cheap compared to correct item so the chair was poor quality

The chair is very comfortable, its a little noisy when using the massage part but I like it so far.
