Update:
Yesterday a nice man came by with another box, (I didnt even know there was another box on top of what I received)! He was kind and explained what happened and this box included the rest of the parts and manual.
Assembly was a bit time consuming but in the end all parts were there and the bed looks good. I am satisfied on how it was resolved!

So I got the package and no instructions and or screws. Not sure if this was in the description but if not then please let your future customers know if certain items are not included and if the manual is online please also take a note of it. Thank you. Assembly is very easy.
