Very pretty futon, like the features of being able to use as 2 chairs, a sofa or futon.
The futon arrived a few days early, it was very well packaged and easy to put together, unfortunately a bracket on one armrest was broken so I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement part in just 3 days (they were super nice and friendly). The futon itself is very firm, also, it is quite a bit shorter than a regular twin mattress so if your guest is taller than 54, I would not recommend this unless they do not mind their feet hanging over the edge. I ended up buying a mattress foam cover to make it more comfortable for my guest. Overall, the product is well designed and well constructed. The fabric is thick and a lovely color. This can be used as either a sofa, two separate chairs or as a futon bed. Good value and a nice sofa for my office/guest room. PS / i added the cushions, those do not come with the futon Cool!!
