Fairly easy assembly. took me about an hour. the seat is a little firm. i think it just needs to get broken in a bit to be a little more comfortable. i love the fact that it swivels, so i can face the tv or the fireplace. the taupe color is very true to the picture. it arrived on time. i thought the chair was a little pricey for me, but the reviews were all good so i went with it. i am very pleased so far. ive had it for about a month.
