I gave a four on the comfort because I thought it would be more velvety than is. All other areas a definite five star. Arrived earlier than expected. Easy to assemble. The color is a rich looking grey. A very streamline Chase Lounge chair that is plenty wide. Really a well thought out design. Once again...the material looked more velour like in the picture than in person. Its more like a brushed denim feel. All in all thank you
