The shipment arrived a day early. The packaging was excellent, not only in securing/protecting the product, but also easy to unpack. All the parts were very clearly labeled, and there was no damage of any kind. The instructions were very clear, and it took me about 90 minutes to unpack and fully assemble the product. As other reviewers have commented, there isnt enough glue. I used it sparingly, and it was sufficient, but more would be better. That said, the product assembled very securely and all the parts/holes lined up correctly. One person can easily assemble it. For the price, it is excellent value, and looks considerably more expensive than its actual price.
