Not so bad. This chaise lounge is very aesthetically pleasing in a modern and contemporary home. There are some glitches when assembling this item. I was instructed to tighten each bolt incrementally at the same rate, but since the holes dont quite align I had to tighten one bolt at a time to get it to work. If you are short on patience, hire someone for the assembly. The holes are difficult to align. Its super lightweight and easy to move around. I wish the massage mechanism had more of a deep tissue kneading effect, but its a light massage. If youre in need a massage like youd receive in a nail salon chair, this is no where near that type of massage. Its very light, but soothing. Future versions should reach this level of massage in my opinion.
