The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! Nothing pre-assembled, but not difficult for two of us to put together in an hour. The wood is very soft, so even trying to get the stickers off left small dents in the wood (from my fingernails), but overall were very happy with the quality for the price.

Have ordered a set to connect the two mattresses to make an [almost] king bed (slightly shorter than a regular king, but long enough for a tall person to sleep on) because the trundle rolls a little.
