I was expecting the cushion at the bottom to be a bit springy, but its soft, yet firm. One of the metal slats was warped, but once I adjusted it a little with a wrench, everything fit together well (could have been slightly dinged in shipping). Assembly was clear and relatively quick, and it looks great. Im very content with this purchase at the discounted $180 instead of the normal $300. The fabric is very soft and easy to clean.
