They responded to my issue very quickly. We ordered this chair for my mother in law who is going to assisted living. It is absolutely beautiful.
Fabric is nice but colour is a little grayer than I thought it would be.
Its very comfortable but a little on the firmer side. Easy to assemble, you just twist in the legs.
