Shoddy materials, damaged on arrival but easy return
I would recommend against purchasing this chair, despite its attractive price, for two reasons:
1. The chair itself isnt that nice. I guess you get what you pay for, and this chair is relatively inexpensive, but when you sit in it, it just feels cheap. Which perhaps leads to
2. Something about the manufacturing / shipping process caused our chair to be damaged on arrival. The round base on which this chair rests was bent up, causing the chair to wobble. Normally I would guess that a damaged product was a one/off type of thing, but youve probably seen a number of other reviews from people with similar experiences.
The one good thing is that the return process was extremely easy. I simply had to log into my account, click the return button, fill out a short description of the problem, and the next day UPS showed up with a mailing label and hauled the thing away. refunded my money in just a few days / less time than it took the chair to arrive in the first place. Just be sure to hang on to your box / youll need it to package the thing back up if you want to return it.
So boo to for such a shoddy product, but kudos to for a painless return.
