Im a women 54 And about 135 lbs., size 9 womens shoe. I ordered an 8 but was swimming in it and boots were very big. So returned for a size 7 and they fit perfect - I can wear my thermals and pants under it still. Havent tried them in the water yet but I think they will work great!
