After receiving it, he was so happy he listened to me. The safe is a perfect size- fits easily against the back wall of our closet, and is sturdy and well constructed. The electronic lock allowed us to program our own code and there are keys to use also. The safe has great features, including a smaller inside safe for other valuables. My husband put his handgun in it. Customer service appears to be another valuable asset of this safe, as I have contacted them and they replied in a timely manner. To sum it all up, this is the perfect gun safe and a very good value for the price.
