Just installed this safe. It was relatively easy. Cutting out the baseboard so the safe would fit flush against the wall and not damaging the floor/wall in the process was the most challenging part. Value for price is reasonable. Understand this safe weighs less than 100 pounds, so the metal is thin. But, the locking mechanism will deter children and the simply curious. Anchoring it securely to the wall will keep adult(s) from just picking it up and walking off with it to open somewhere else. The emergency key makes only a 45 degree turn, so dont expect a usual 90 or 180 degree turn.
