Packaging was excellent and there was no damage to the unit upon arrival. The gun case is what I expected and functions well. It was easy to mount to a stud in my home in a back closet. I did have to use my own screws as the bolts they sent look like they were for masonry installation. I wish there were a couple more options on mounting holes along the back wall of the safe, but totally understand that its a compromise between install flexibility and structural integrity. The number lock option is great. The keys for the outer safe door and inner compartment are included inside the case. I was surprised at how spacious it was - plenty of room for rifles in the back and to hang handguns along the door with add-on accessories. I was also pleasantly surprised at how spacious the upper inner compartment was. Great place to store documents, cards, cash, valuables, handguns etc. Of course this is not a fireproof safe, so I will not be storing too much cash or irreplaceable documents. Very happy with my purchase and cannot beat the ease of ordering right to the front door. I am hopeful that the customer service for Moutec is as good as the product - and also hoping to never have to use them!
