I contacted the company about their 5th-anniversary giveaway of a door organizer and the customer service was friendly, professional, quick, and attentive. Installing the door organizer was easy and quick. It is a much-needed add-on that gives the safe room for 3 handguns, extra ammunition storage space, and features a large zippered pouch for important documents (I use it for magazine storage).
