Starting from the time this unit was delivered, it was apparent that some thought and time was given to the way it was packaged, extra cardboard and foam protected the safes finish from the shipping process. Safe was in perfect condition. Directions were clear and easy to understand, the locking box inside and the misc. foam accessories were a nice touch, everything was appreciated. The unit itself was better built and more substantial then the two other safes wed previously purchased from other sources. Very happy with this purchase.
